什么是 FPSC? 

FPSC(Future Proof Solder Core)是一种核心板设计,旨在实现简单性、灵活性和前瞻性。它提供了一个尺寸和成本优化的布局,由于稳定的锚点焊接连接,保证了特别高的产量。FPSC 模块具有独特的引脚布局,分为三个兼容性区域:

1. 必要信号
2. “有则支持”信号
3. 特有信号

这种结构使得在不牺牲标准化的前提下,能够使用当前和未来的处理器特性。FPSC 通过错开的引脚和优化的引脚布局,允许可扩展的性能和成本效益高的载板设计。
